  • How long do rentals last for?

    • Standard rentals last for 8 hours. Additional days are available for half the price of the first day’s rental.

  • How do you handle rain or inclement weather?

    • You can move the booking date if you prefer. We also offer a refund or credit if you make that decision 24 hours in advance.
    • We offer a full refund as long as you cancel with 24 hours' notice. Inside the 24-hour window, you can reschedule without issue, provided the unit is available for the new date.
