How long do rentals last?
Standard rentals last for 8 hours - a full day of fun. Additional days are available for half the price of the first day's rental, which makes weekend events a great value.
How much does a bounce house rental cost?
Our bounce houses start around $275, combos with slides run $260-$375, and water slides range $375-$525 depending on size. Every price includes delivery, setup, and teardown within 30 miles. See our full pricing guide or browse the fleet for live pricing and availability.
How do I book, and is a deposit required?
Book right on our website: pick your unit, check your date, and reserve with a 25% deposit. Your date is locked the moment you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards or PayPal.
What happens if it rains?
You can move the booking date if you prefer. We also offer a refund or credit if you make that decision 24 hours in advance. Georgia weather is unpredictable - we'll work with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund as long as you cancel with 24 hours' notice. Inside the 24-hour window, you can reschedule without issue, provided the unit is available for the new date.
Is delivery included?
Yes - delivery, setup, and teardown are included within 30 miles of our Bartow County location. Addresses further out may have a small delivery fee, shown automatically at checkout before you pay.
How clean are your inflatables?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental and inspected before your event - hygienic, safe, and ready to jump.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Jump House Rentals is fully licensed and insured, and we can provide documentation for parks, schools, churches, and other venues that require it.
What do I need to provide for setup?
A reasonably level setup area and a standard GFI outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot (some larger units need two outlets on separate breakers - check each product page). For water slides, you'll need a water hose that reaches the unit; we do not supply water or hoses.
Can you set up at a park or public venue?
Absolutely - we deliver to parks, ballfields, and community spaces all the time. Check your venue's inflatable rules and pavilion reservations first, and add a generator rental if outlets aren't available.
Do you rent generators?
Yes! Our generator arrives fueled and can run up to three single-blower inflatables at once - perfect for parks and large properties. See generator details.
Can slides be used wet or dry?
Most of our water slides and combo units work both ways - wet with a splash landing in summer, dry for year-round fun.
What ages can use the inflatables?
It varies by unit - most are rated from age 2 or 3 up through adults. Check the age suggestion listed on each product page.
How far in advance should I book?
Summer Saturdays and holiday weekends often book out 2-4 weeks ahead. Booking early costs nothing extra and guarantees your unit - reserve as soon as you know your date.
