Amazing people and family owned company. I was able to text them, and they respond quickly. They also gave me a discount and gave us more time to keep the slide. Set up was quick and on time. The kids had lots of fun on my son’s birthday. We had a rainy day, so they gave us more time to keep the slide, so the kids are able to play. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to book slides for their events. You won’t regret it. Very nice people and will work with u and ur time!

From start to finish, Jump House Rentals was absolutely AMAZING! We booked them for our son’s 3rd birthday, and not only were their prices very competitive, but the selection of inflatables was fantastic. We chose a large two-sided slide with a bounce house in the center, and it was both affordable and a huge hit with the kids. Having rented from another company in the past, I really appreciated how transparent and customer-friendly Jump House Rentals is. With the other company, we had to cancel due to weather and lost a $50 retainer fee. When I asked Jump House Rentals about their cancellation policy, they explained that if we needed to cancel within 24 hours of delivery, we’d receive a full refund, or we could rebook/receive credit. That level of flexibility and understanding gave me a lot of peace of mind. On the day of the event, the team arrived right on time, set everything up quickly, and made the process effortless for us. They even let me know in advance that pick-up might run about an hour later than scheduled and reassured me there’d be no extra charge—in fact, that just meant an extra hour of fun for the kids! When it came time to take everything down, they handled it all—drained the water, cleaned out grass and debris, rolled it up, and packed it away with no hassle. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be booking Jump House Rentals again for our next party!

Excellent customer service. Great communication! My daughter enjoyed the big water slide! Had it for two days. Would highly recommend them. We will for sure be renting again. 😁

Second year in a row renting blowups from Jump House and once again we were so pleased with the experience and plan to continue making it a yearly booking for our son’s birthday. This company is truly the best!! We had 3 year olds - 33 year olds out there having a blast!
